Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from our website are covered by a Worldwide 1-Year Warranty from the date of delivery.
Our professional technicians and chief engineers—who assemble and service DF grinders daily—will provide full technical support to resolve any issues.
Warranty Support
- Defective or faulty parts will be provided free of charge
- We will cover the cost of replacement parts
- Customers are responsible for shipping, import & custom fees (FedEx/DHL/Express) for spare parts delivery and warranty shipments
We will provide clear instructions and video guidance for all repairs.
Our grinders are designed for easy maintenance, typically requiring only basic tools (e.g., a screwdriver).
What is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or user error
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic issues caused after use
Important Notes
- DF64Coffee.com does not cover two-way shipping costs for returns or repairs
- By purchasing, customers agree to this policy
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect

We will:
- Diagnose the issue
- Provide replacement parts where necessary
- Guide you through the repair process
We do not require products to be shipped back for repair in most cases.
If damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping (subject to investigation with the courier), we will work towards a reasonable resolution.
All warranty decisions are made based on technical assessment by our engineering team.
Shipping Damage Claims
If cosmetic damage occurs during transit:
- We will file a claim with the courier
- Approved claims will be reimbursed accordingly
All units undergo strict quality checks before leaving the factory.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final.
Due to operational costs including fulfillment, ERP systems, payment processing, and logistics:
- We do not accept refunds
- We do not accept cancellations
- We do not accept change-of-mind returns
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product:
- The original item must be returned at your own cost (including duties and shipping to China)
- A new order must be placed separately
Non-Returnable Items

Discounts & Price Guarantees
Discount codes and price guarantees cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
Chargebacks
